How to choose — honestly

  • You want the cheapest option and will set it up yourself — GoPOS GoOrder or Foodeliver. Low subscription, but menu, payments and delivery setup is on you.
  • You already use GoPOS — GoOrder integrates with it out of the box.
  • You need many modules (app, reservations, inventory) — UpMenu has the widest offer, but each module is an extra fee per location.
  • No time for setup and you want a flat price with no add-ons — RelixMenu: we move your menu and photos, set up payments and the domain; features depend only on the plan.

What to watch out for

  • Order limit — you may exceed it in peak season; check what happens then (extra fee or blocked orders).
  • Modules charged separately — compare the price of what you actually need, not the “from” price.
  • Online payment fees — not included in any subscription; you pay them to the payment provider (e.g. Stripe, Przelewy24).
  • Who does the setup — setting up a menu with variants and toppings yourself can take days.
  • Own domain — on some plans the site only runs on the vendor’s subdomain.

Where RelixMenu fits

RelixMenu was built in a pizzeria chain that takes orders through it in 4 locations — results in the case study. Start (150 zł net) covers up to 60 orders a month on a subdomain; Grow (250 zł) adds your own domain, 4 languages, automatic promotions and promo codes; Pro (400 zł) — unlimited orders, customer history and analytics.
